Most bookkeepers maintain your books, but Reginia prides herself on strengthening and building the financial operating systems behind them. With 30+ years in corporate finance, including leadership across Accounts Payable and ERP-supported workflows, she brings senior-level governance, process discipline, and controls to small-business bookkeeping. Clients can expect reconciliations that tie out, consistent and defensible categorization, and monthly reporting built for seamless oversight, so they stay organized, tax-ready, and able to make decisions based on current, reliable numbers rather than assumptions.
Reginia began her finance career in 1998 and built her expertise in the operational core that keeps businesses running: Accounts Payable leadership, reconciliations, and workflows that ensure timely, consistent, and reliable reporting. Early in her career, she learned that clean books are not simply a matter of accuracy. They’re rooted in control, accountability, and decision-making with authentic information rather than assumptions.
Over the last three years, Reginia has grown RDicksons Bookkeeping Services alongside her corporate role, supporting small and mid-sized businesses that need structure, clear documentation, and month-to-month visibility. She currently serves as an Accounts Payable Manager within a large organization and is preparing to transition into her bookkeeping practice full-time in the coming years.
Her approach is disciplined, systems-driven, and calm. Reginia brings books up to date, standardizes processes, and delivers reporting that business owners can actually use.
“Reconciling is like finding something that was lost,” Reginia says, and clients tend to feel the shift quickly: fewer surprises, cleaner records, and the confidence that comes from knowing the financial picture is clear.
